KPIs to evaluate junior VCs

Is anybody willing to share the KPIs they set for themselves as an investor? I think that most of us track the number of emails sent, company meetings, and checks written , but I’m curious to hear what other metrics this group is monitoring.
  • Jack Abramowitz: I have this idea that tracking conversion in your funnel (from due dili to IC to TS negotiation to check written) is important because as you become a better investor you will be able to filter out companies at the top of the funnel and waste less time at the bottom of the funnel. Kinda like in customer acquisition, you want to be able to filter out the top of the funnel as efficiently as possible in order to waste less resources at the bottom.
